My 1991 5.0 has a sticky gas pedal. seems rough to pus, not smooth. Does anyone know what the best fix is? should I lubricate the throttle near the idle screw? if so with what? Any help/tips is much appreciated.

 

I am having a problem with my '91 5.0 gas petal too. It seems to hang down about 4". I can put my foot under it and pull it back all that distance and if I let it go it just falls back down. There is still plenty of room to push to accellerate...probably another 4" or so but it seems wierd that it hangs so loose.
