Developed some film and found a long lost pic of my 7up vert that I took in North Carolina on vacation a couple months after I picked it up. I had just done some minor mechanical things and added the chrome ponies. I've gotten rid of the chrome wheels now and am back to the stock turbines for the time being...

I still have the car and have done a lot of work to it. Still mostly stock drivetrain it has a Cold Air intake and Dynomax 2.5" Cat back system. Cross Drilled brakes up front and I reproduce the interior kits through my shop and have done new upholstery with custom logo embroidered in the headrest in matching green "25th anniversary". I also repainted the entire car and added a '93 Feature convertible wing to it. It's my wifes daily driver so I left the engine pretty much stock. Here is another more recent shot but still with the chrome wheels...

He's been busy but I lit a fire up under his ... and told him to get his tail back on here.

Btw, the 7up is gorgeous. I see it everyday at your wifes work. I still think it needs a good h/c/i setup so Mindy can whip up on everyone here in Hoover :P

Yup, I had gotten buried...still am but put on my daily to drop in here.

I still have plans to build an engine for the vert at some point but she already flies in that car...If gas wasn't so high I would put gears in it But first I need to put a new top on it....

Nice, The poney wheels look to small for the body and I just don't
like em i also would convert to 5 lug and run 95 Cobra R wheels, just because the 4 lug 95 R style wheels look like crap. A y2k Cobra R style hood for your car would make it look aggresive to. Lucky u with all your car u can drive an SVO during the gas crunchs and the others when it is nice and gas is cheap !!!

The car next to it in the second pic is my 1969 Cyclone Spoiler II Dan Gurney Special...just another in the collection, unrestored but I drive it...when I finish the '65 and '67 GT's I am restoring I will tear it down and redo it.

On the 7up....I have other cars that go further into the modification areas and don't want to do that to this one...its the wife's car...I had it lowered and raised it back up.....For me the '95 R wheels are played out and on every car out there...I like to do things differently than most but keeping them clean. If I ever did a hood on the 7up it would be a clean 1.5" cowl and if I changed to 5 lug I would use the Ronal 5 spokes I have which are like the Saleen wheels in '89 and paint the center spokes white with a polished lip .

Here is a pic of the Cyclone when I took it on the parade lap around Talladega Superspeedway back in October
