Fired up the '82 today!!!

Fired up the '82 for the first time since last year. Charged up the battery and it started right up, barked out the exhaust once, blew some rust out the pipe and ran like a top!

She's getting old though. Creaks and groans a lot.

Looks like there is going to be more 4 eyed seat time this summer!!!

Hows that carburator work?? The one I had was a POS! Car still looks cool to me though, I was so in love with that look when they came out.

I had some issues with the fuel pump last year. Thought that the 10% ethanol gas these days took it's toll.

This one has the Motorcraft carb on it. The variable venturi carbs were are mistake!!

My mom had an '80 with a 4.2L V8 while my dad had his 71 Mach 1 in 82 but I wasn't born yet.
