No, we don't have no stinkin emissions or inspections or safety inspections....nothing. I was being smart....I am originally from Maryland and we had both there.....but since I moved south we have none of it

if you can get it between the frame rails run it. if you can cut and weld, even that's optional.

we cant even put a v8 in a v6 vinn coded vehicle without failing emmisions, if you put a motor in a vehicle that was not offered from the factory when it was built at the time it is illegal here. ex- 351w in a 04 GT would fail, just because it wasnt offered from the factory
Well we have emissions laws here.. but no inspections. If a LEO wanted to check for cats, he could and cite you if deemed appropriate.
