We have the same stuf done to our car and were are running a Ford Racing B303 cam. Its .480 lift with 290 duration. Its a pretty good street cam and will give the motor a little bit of a loap (sp). We also have new lifters and roller rockers to complete the valvetrain.

I would go with an E-Cam. Nice power gains, good streetability, and great sound. Cant beat an E-cam for a nice streeter IMO.

i have the E303 cam in my car. alittle more chop to the idle than stock. and the engine is definitely more rev happy. cant wait to ditch these ported E7TE's and get something w/ some real heads and intake

You really cant go wrong with a b cam or an e cam. They are both good cams for being off the shelf items. They will make close to the same hp and torque with one of them giving you a bit more of a peak gain, and the other giving you less of a peak gain, but a larger gain across the board ( It's been so long I looked at dyno numbers comparing the two I forgot which was which) Also, since you have ported heads, and are getting a cam, go ahead and finish the combo and get a decent intake. Those three things work completely together, and you will not see maximum benefit from upgrading any one of them without upgrading the other two. Air is like water, and will only flow as much as it's most restricitve part allows it to.

I'd do the heads and intake before the cam but as others have stated you can't go wrong with either the e-cam or the b-cam. Summit probably has the best prices.
