Body kit or not to body kit?

I got a 90 5.0 coupe, and was thinking about putting a gt body kit on the sides and rear, and a aftermarket front end that works with the gt kit. The question is though, would it look ok on a coupe, I haven't seen any GT kits on coupes... If not I was thinking about just putting a chin spoiler on the front.... any suggestions?

Seen it done, (complete Fox GT ground effects, fascia, etc.) not pretty, IMO. Still, maybe a photochop would be best to help in your decision.

hmmm... I've been researching... I'm curious to see what it would look like white w/blue stripes GT taillights, the ABC "SVO" hood (kinda resembles the 99-04 gt hood), a ducktail style spoiler, and a chin spoiler.

I decided against the colt front bumper cover and GT body kit, but wish there was a way to make fog light ports in the front bumper.... nothing huge, just subtle lights...

I really don't think a body kit would look good on a notch. I've seen some before too, and they weren't the very appealing! White w/ blue (sonic?) stripes would be awesome though! Would be opposite mine! Good Luck!

I like it! Sometimes I regret putting a spoiler on (I really don't know why ) and other times I'm glad I did. I don't think the stripes would have looked that great without the spoiler. Here's some pics of it on the stang! I got it at 50resto for $110! Hopes this helps!
ps: I think the chrome bullitts would look great! I was just to cheap for the 5-lug conversion!

Bodykits are for ricers. The notchback is the ultimate "less is more". Want the bling? Buy a GT.

Just my .02.

I agree with the less is more... my 66 has a shelby hood scoop and side scoops, and a chin spoiler... no spoiler on the trunk of it...

I've already decided that I won't put a body kit on the 90... I want a chin spoiler on it... and an SVO hood (aftermarket, not 85-86 SVO)... and maybe a nice spoiler on the rear... just don't know what sort of spoiler... and GT taillights...

Sorry, but I like the cheese-grater look for some reason...
