Bbk fuel pressure regulator!

I'm planning on taking my car to the track tonight to see what it runs, but my fuel pressure is too high. Can someone tell me how I lower it? Here is a pic of the one I have:

Loosen the nut and use a allen wrench and turn the threaded piece...hopefully you have a gauge...bbk refs aren't very good cause you can only drop the pressure to 30lbs I think...
