Looking for guidance on getting AC working - 1985 GT

- No power at the AC pressure switch
- WOT relay opens as soon as the key is turned on (i.e no power at the pin to pressure switch, but have power at WOT relay input.
- WOT relay stays open when AC is turned on from dash switch
- WOT switch at the throttle has power all times.

I expected the WOT relay to close as soon as the AC switch was turned on to give power to the pressure switch and cut off if the throttle is fully opened.
