No I wouldnt. I ride a bike myself. It can be very scary at times (only have a permit) and I respect everybody on the road. Well maybe not Civic owners but certainly everybody else. Oh and old people, dont respect them either. If you are too old to realise where the road turns or too old to read your speedo then you should not be behind the wheel of a car. I think that 95% of near misses I've encountered have been old people 'getting confused'.
If you disagree with me then so be it, its only my opinion.
I only disagreed when you said you would've swerved in front of a bike. But now you say you realy would'nt do that and i'm sure you were just kidding. Anyways, yea I agree with you about respecting others on the road. I also agree with your thoughts on old people and civics lol.

The only thing they're probably busting on is immature activity on the road. Street racing is for idiots. Showing off and driving like a clown is for idiots. That's my opinion.

Your friend sounds like a real winner. He might want to get some funeral arrangments in order. Something tells me he will eventually be needing them. We had a kid do basically the same sh#%$T where I live about a year ago in a 5.0 Out fuc%^%$#$ng around with his buddys, acting like a smart ****. Thought he was Mario Andretti. Only problem was; he wasn't Mario; and he took 2 of his friends to the grave with him.

Kid lost control, hit a power pole, then a driveway culvert. Those culverts don't move. Car split into 2 pieces. kid driving, was lying in the middle of the road with his engine, crying. He died right there. 1 of his buddys was down the road a couple hundred ft.(thrown) with the front section of the car, minus engine. dead also. The other kid landed across the road on a guy's lawn. He too, never made it. Like someone suggested, maybe it's time for new friends.
