me & my brother had an argument about what size engine came in the 87-93 Mustangs... I say 2.3 & 5.0L...

As far as I know its only 2.3 and 5.0. the 3.8s were the v6s that were in the sn95s.

you could also get the good ol' inline in the VEEEEERY early ones, like im talkin 79

and from 80-81 there was a 4.2L V8 also

You are right . . there was an I6, and V6s in the early Foxes, but not in 87-93.

 

Gonna have to agree with Hotrod. My mom had an 87 2.3l and then got a 94 with the 3.8l and pretty sure that was the first year for that engine in the stang.

Only the 2.3 and 5.0 were available from 87-93. 1986 was the last year for the 6 cylinder up until 1994.
