1986 mustang gt convertible
my cigarette lightener quit working bought a new 1 it has power too it checked there power going 2 it but lightener will not get hot please help

the ground was not working so i made a new 1 that was the only way 2 find out if it had power 2 it . used a power meter no power but used a bolt right there it had power so made new ground then nothing
