WooHoo! Happy 40th Birthday to.....
November 15, 1964 was the date...
(That's "15L" for us car guys).
Yep, my car's "Born On" date. Was going to drive it to work today, but the weather wouldn't cooperate. Maybe take it out after work for a hi-octane or 2... Or maybe we'll just "stay in" and sip a little 10W30 tonight....
I'm giving it about 1 more week of "For Sale". If nothing happens, it's going on stands and coming apart for "the next phase" - WTH ever THAT means!

Put a cover on it, buy a $3000 coupe and build the craziest thing you can imagine. Get it out of your system. When you're done, pull the cover off, and enjoy your vintage classic. [/quote]
Oh man I want to do that too. Lately I've been drooling at 65-66 6cyl coupes that I see in traffic.
Edit: just found a nice 66 coupe locally for <$4K. I wonder how the wife would feel about that one.
