Whats it worth

Looking at buying a 67 coupe. Here is the link:http://www.iowaautooutlets.com/vehic...?VID=136562239

I got him to come down to $11K. I know you hear this all the time, but is the car over priced at $11? I want something I can drive today, and in a year or so start mod's, but I dont want to have to deal with body work (rust)

Sharp car but I would say that is overpriced and it doesn't really appear "fully restored" to me eye. I think $6k-$8k would be more than fair.
