OK,
So, I have 2 other options...I am almost ready to do the engine. I now have a 351 Cleveland I'm thinking of rebuilding OR ... I'm thinking of using the Cleveland heads on the Windsor block and doing a 351 Clevor !!...Any thoughts ?? The Clevor is a great way to get cheap HP and have the BOSS look.

I have a thread going on another Mustang site....Just for 69 & 70's...Have a look HERE...And PLEASE let me know what your thoughts are about the motor.

Would a Cleveland block fit in a '69 engine bay?

No engine bay mods are needed for the 351C. Same mounts and bellhousing.

Personally I'd build the original and stroke it.....but if you must go crate engine it's hard to beat this one

Depends on how original you want to keep the car. If you say resto, then a Boss 'vert would automatically be out of the question. IMO, set the original engine aside, find another 351W and go 408/427! Don't think the rest of the factory stuff like the brakes and trans could handle that for long though.

Put in the Stroker motor and keep the original for future if you decide to go that route later Like Glenn suggested
