Finished my brakes, my simple dual circuit conversion turned into a full hydrolic overhaul.

Think I'm gonna wash it tomorrow morning. It's been parked in the garage for a few weeks now. Might even drive it this weekend a little.

Found why the passenger side window is a PITA to roll up and down, ordered replacements.

Removed, cleaned, replaced all three rollers, and reinstalled passenger side regulator. Rolls up and down now.

Took the '67 to get inspected, front end alignment, and tires balanced. They had to take the side pipes off for the front end alignment, so we asked them if the open headers were going to be a problem. They swiftly replied, "not in this shop!" XD. It was like dropping your kid off for camp for the first time! ;(

suggestion, next time use Ospho, MetalPrep or whatever brand phosphoric acid your bodyshop supply house sells... its dirt cheep, paint loves it, and it kills even microscopic rust that starts soon as bare steel hits air... 'self etching' primers work similarly, but not as well as a direct etching...ive had primed stuff blister up yrs later, but with ospho it wont ever rust long as the paints intact...

I tore the front suspension off the 69, both frame rails will be needed...wanting RRS coilover/notching kit, thinking get the whole frame/tower/apron assembly from cjponyparts- but then hacking a big hole in the new towers will feel a bit scarier than the old ones...at least it will be clean

Heard a squeaking from up front, discovered loose belt, retightened belt to proper standards, started it up, which was immediately accompanied by death rattle. Found excessive play in fan, so am replacing water pump today.

spent a couple hours wire wheeling, getting covered in rust/cosmoline/undercoat... figure about 1/4 done
just came in to clean up, and go pick up some ospho to cover todays progress...man i hate undercoating- but the rotisserie is a bizillion times easier than laying under the body like i did on our galaxie...
