well i got most of the stuff together for my next project pic warning

well I have a 302 mexican block a brand new ford crankshaft, a crane cams 278 H-2, a holly street dominator intake, a holly 600 double pumper, the heads are 302 with screw in studes quide plates and roller rockers, a aluminum high performance water pump. all i need are rings and a timing chain im geting close!

whats the diff betwen a usa block and a mexican block?

mexican 302 blocks are a higher nickel content and also have larger main caps ( the same as a 289 hipo) . these blocks are prized by people doing stroker kits!

Have you seen the differance in even a HI-PO block from a windsor? I couldn't believe my eyes. but then again the windsor isn't a serious revver

Shouldn't that carb be a Holley 650?

NOPE NOT A 650 Holly carb..list#4776 thats a 600 double pumper!
