Everything Hyundai does is a total ripoff from some other higher end car. Those gills I believe are inspired by Saleen... go to the source

i kind of like that 351 based roush motor that Jay posted in the SEMA thread, with the weber looking fuel injection. that would look wicked in a t/a styled car. and haul hiney too ...
There goes about $20k on your motor  I'm actually getting the updated price list today to check. [/b][/quote]
ok, scratch that idea

here is some inspiration for the build

http://www.trinitysmustangs.com/15%20feb/TAWC4651.jpg

here's one more and we could use the same color scheme the car currently has as well

http://www.trinitysmustangs.com/15%20feb/WC031270.jpg

and here's a vintage 68 t/a coupe with the straight spoke torq-thrusts, that are the same style as the v-40's

No price yet. It was in the $15 to 20k range from my memory.

Too bad about that.

These virtual builds are a cool concept that we shouldn't forget. I dunno how we keep the momentum going on such a large project though.

I'd like to wrap this one up... can probably get a lot done on it at the office this week. What are the immediate needs in general to finish it. Where are we in the build/decision process?

well Jay we got pretty much nowhere on it. about all we got was to some body mods and change the wheels and tires, but nothing definite. just seemed that nobody was posting.

I think the budget was too tight for a Pro-Touring type build of a '70 car. If Mark can get involved some I would like to try that Spring Break budget special he wanted to do ...

Also we went from doing a '70 vert to a '70 sportsroof ... need to mix the years up some to keep the interest up. I picked that year and bodystyle at the time since Pakrat had just had his demolished.

well there was a lot of talk on the first one about doing a t/a styled car so that's what i went with. i don't think it was a budget problem, just nobody posting ideas or most were not very interested. feel free to take it over or start with something new. i guess i wasn't a very good Foose.

I think you did fine... we all collectively fell down on this one. I was just trying to figure out what could have contributed to the difficulty???
