Rust repair

How much on average could I be looking at to fully restore rust on the frame? Don't wanna do too much work until rust is no longer an issue

All depends on how much rust is on your frame... Is it just surface rust, is it pitted, or does your frame look like Swiss cheese?

some surface rust can just be treated with several different products where as some rust bad rust has to be chopped out and replaced. If you can stick an all <spelling thriugh it your going to need to cut it out and replace it. Some fromae can be treated and then boxed out and be fine also. Can you give us a better assesment of the rust?
