Thought I'd post a few photos of our 68 fastback resto, something new to look at. You should be able to see them here:

68 fastback gallery

I had the images all organized in sequence, but Yahoo screwed em all up.. :bang:

- PS the picture of the guy with a goatee is Mike, our body/paint guy. He can do some really great work. If your in the NE Wisconsin/UP area, and need work, he'd be a good guy to look up....

Looks like he had his work cut out for him. That car had a lot of rust in it. Gonna be nice when it's finished.

yeah it was in pretty bad shape.....the guy we bought it from, the wall of his garage collapsed on the car, putting a large crease in the roof, and RH, rear hip line. Luckily all the glass survived.

We had it in storage for 15 years, and now just about everything is new. It should have its dual exhaust on this week, as well as the paint process started. seat upholstery is also started, with a black outer and brushed aluminum inserts on the stock seats (you can see a sample of the brushed aluminum vinyl in the gallery above).

Should be close to completion by end of month.

Well by this weekend, the car should all have at least one coat of paint on it. I'll be heading up there for hunting season, and wont' be back until after thanksgiving...Emblems & seats should all be done by then as well. There are a couple new photos in the gallery listed in first message.

I should have some decent photos of it by then
