Repro bumper vs. rechroming an original

OK, so to drum up some activity, I'll ask a few questions to get your opinions. Maybe these should be FAQ's as well...

So, if you had to choose: Original bumper and get it rechromed or a "high quality" reproduction? Forget price, judge on quality. Then throw in price as a secondary consideration.

"High Quality reproduction" is an oxymoron, like "jumbo shrimp"...

A rechromed original WILL have better lines and usually a better fit, but can end up costing double what a repop does...

Think of it this way - Shelby's get rechromed originals, clones get repops!
