I need help. I have thought about this for a little while to try and come up with a remedy. I have installed the radiator, spal fan, and paxton supercharger. I noticed the belt hits the lowest screw on the spal fan - pass. side barely. I am worried about rubbing the belt down and thought aboutmoving the radiator forward by cutting out some of the radiator support lip that moves towards the engine. I noticed two things:

1. radiator is pushed back on the top end from vertical ~ 1 1/4"...WHY?

2. If I plasma cut the lip around the opening, I will gain ~3/4", thus moving the radiator forward then reweld flat stock steel into place.

3. If I do this, will it effect anything?

I would say no effect, in my initial SWAG on it. I dont know why the rad is cocked back like that. Ive seen plenty of aftermarket rad hack-jobs in the nose and never heard of an angle issue like that.

Thanks, I just found out that it has to due with the angle of the motor and the proper way to cool it.

BTW, thanks for the support..."hack jobs". At least it is not an E...
