Name this part

So, the long journey begins to restore this old coupe, Already got rear quarters, floor pans, trunk pans, fenders for the car, but i dont know what this part would be considered, it is welded to the firewall, and connects to the cowl.

here is a picture, please help me out on the name so i can get the part comming.

Would it be the battery aprin? its on the passenger side.

You can usually find a part explosion on just about any vehicle. That would tell you exactly what that is.

Found it, its a COWL SIDE PANEL RH , 40 bucks at CJ Pony!

It's not the battery apron. It's the cowl side panel. Very appropriate name

You didn't say what year, but mustangs unlimited has 67/68 panel for only $30. Save yourself some $$$$

sorry, its a 1966 Coupe, orgially had straight 6, but thats long gone. I have a 302 to put in it for now, but plans are to find a early 2000 4.6l fuel injected.

My '70 had a I6 200. Didn't even know that was possible for a fastback back then. I got a 4.6 in my 99 f150. Too bad I still need it to get around haha

haha, yeah, my boss just put a 4.6l in his 67 fastback, he is waiting for his transmission to come back from the trans shop from a rebuild to put it all back togethere.

I made him a custom spark plug cover from my 3d printer that has the Ford "Racing" across it, will look nice when its done.
