Looking like that,No title and $1500?!? Looks like someone cut the roof off a coupe. Must be some powerful crack being smoked in Madison!

I seriously thought it was a joke..... I've seen MUCH nicer II's for less.

There was never a convertable II. So obviously a custom job.

Precisely what they did, as Chris said, no vert IIs ever. From the factory at least. There were a few dealer payed for conversions though, and then hacks like this

There used to be a Mustang II convertible runnin' around Houston... I encountered it at a Fun Ford weekend. It was just THAT cool looking. No really, they were made to be 'verts, just never were.

And, that one was a 302 to boot.

Definitely custom done, but it was *really* nice.

/The Muskrat did a 19+ second 1/4 mile that day. Being a Sprint 200 I6 with the single carb... whaddya expect?
//edit: Oh, and if it were $500, I might be interested.

Thats a bit better than twice as fast as me on foot

Arin used to un a 52 second 1/4 mile, but he's lost his tune since then

Ive done conversions like that.. but it required the use of HURST tools. I gotta say, mine may have acctually looked better
