My shop is up in northern NJ. May be a bit far for you but we specialize in Mustangs as I've been restoring them for the past 20 years.
We're in Hawthorne, NJ and would be happy to talk to you about it.

I am in the restoration business and used to live near Annapolis, MD until 5 years ago when I moved everything to Alabama. You will find many crash shops don't want to do restoration work....But, Talk to Deanna at Tommy's Auto Body in Clinton, MD. They do great work and stand behind their work. Long ago I had them paint my wife's old 7up convertible and never once had a single problem with any of the work they did. You could also talk to Mel at Precision Collision in Annapolis, MD. There is one other guy I would recommend but he is getting out of the business...he is where I learned my obsession with being a perfectionist but the insurance companies wore him thin and he is getting old enough to not want to do it any longer....His son is in the business and learned from him and I would trust Wes just as much so if you want the contact info for him just PM me.
