JB Weld

I just discovered a small half inch hairline crack on the bottom of my radiator. Would JB Weld be a short term alternative to fixing it until I get a new one? Or do you not think it would hold up?

JB Weld should do it, but make sure the surface is clean and dry, and give it 12 hours+ to cure. My first car was 15% JB Weld.

Soldering is probably preferable.
