Gave the Old Girl a Bath Today

The mustang looked a little dusty today, so, I decided not just to use the rag, but to wash her instead. It was well worth it! I'd suggest it to anyone because it will brighten your day to see it shine!

The hood scoop is an original 1969 BOSS 302 scoop and a friend of mine who works at a truck body shop drilled the holes in the hood for the studs. His shop also did the paint. Attached is a photo of the underside of the scoop where the vin numbers are located.

I have good news to share! The wiring is now installed almost entirely and I can now turn the key to start the car! We used original wiring and we must have been at a dead end 10 times before we got it to work. The wiring is truly simple, but if one flasher is missing or one courtesy light, back to the drawing board you go! We also wired in an electric fuel pump, msd, and mini starter, so it only takes one crank to start it! Man it feels good to see the car one step closer to being back on the road.
