How many times have you come across a Mustang headed to auction and thought, “If only I had the money?” If you’re anything like those of us here at The Mustang Source, it’s too many to count.

Well, This 1967 Shelby Mustang GT500 might actually force you to pull the trigger. This beauty is going to be auctioned later this month at the Goodwood Festival Of Speed in England, according to BoldRide.

We’ve identified five reasons why now is the time to buy.

1. Built on Jan. 20, 1967, it’s one of only 11 test mules built.

2. It’s equipped with a 7.0-liter 428ci big block instead of the 4.7-liter 289ci small-block V8 featured in the GT350.
3. The production of the car only ran for three years, between 1967 and 1970.

4. It’s better than a Bullitt

5. Oh, and it’s a classic Shelby.
Now, that’s five can’t-pass-up reasons you’ll want to add this car to your dream auction list. Of course, it could run you anywhere from $105,000-$140,000, based on how much the car is expected to fetch at auction, so maybe that’s one reason to keep it on the “if only I had the money” list.
