Has anyone ever heard of putting lincoln versailles brakes and rotors on a 65 mustang and is this a bolt on process. And what other donor car will work? I'm asking about the front brakes.

GO HERE for links to some resources. There is link to some more resources at the bottom of the page.

Granada and Monarch rears used pretty much the same rears as Versailles. Different year groups had different widths flange to flange.....SEE HERE.

Happy researching...

The '77-'80 Versailles front disc brakes are the same as the '75-'80 Granada/Monarch front discs with the EXCEPTION of the lower ball joint hole of the Vesailles spindle. It's slightly larger in diameter than the G/M lower ball joint hole.

You can get some bushings from www.mustangsteve.com to take care of this.
