I've been trying for 2 weeks to get a air flanging tool from Harbor Freight since they had them on sale and gave me a rain check. I can't find this tool anywhere else locally and especially at the price HF has them. I just can't force myself to pay double the price for them online. At this point I'd settle for the manual type tool. It just looks like a pair of vise grips but it has stepped blocks welded inside the teeth. I'm just not sure how deep those steps need to be. :bang:

Any ideas?

Yes but they are also more than double the price of the HF tool. I just can't see paying that for one with no more work than I'll be doing. I only need it for one patch.
