if anyone restored them, would they be able to sell them for a profit or does the cost of restoring eclipse the sell on value? my point is, say for example it costs 20k to restore one of them and they only sell it for 15k, whats the point? Or is it just for a hobby?

yeah i know, it must be brilliant to buy something though like that if you're retired and have the time to build it up, there was another site where a guy has a GT500 just sitting in his front garden for about the last 30 years, apparently he will never sell though because it belonged to his son who died in Vietnam
