hey im trying to get '69 stang (if you couldnt tell from my sig.) and want to know how complicated it is(and how expensive) to change a 3spd. auto to a 4spd stick or the t-5 stick (id rather have the t-5 i think)

I just did an auto to T5 conversion this spring.
There's some info on My T5 Swap Page along with links to several other articles. All in all, if you're going to change from auto to stick, the 5 speed is THE way to go.
