Just finished cleaning up and putting my 2.8 back together, and though I would post a couple of photos...

The job took a couple of months and used a lot of degreaser. All parts were removed, scraped, degreased, washed, sanded (if necessary), sprayed with rust converter then painted or powder coated.

All blue and red parts were powder coated with the Eastwood hobby kit (really easy and really fun - once the parts are clean). All other parts have been painted with rust paint.

At this point, I am glad that I did not go ahead with the 302 conversion.... this project was enough work on it's own.
