ok not really...but i just recently bought a new speedometer cable for my 66 coupe and hooked it up. Ive messed with it every now and then and all i can get to work is the odometer...the needle for the speedometer just moves a little bit back and forth and i hear a loud racket coming from behind the bezel. :bang: Any ideas why the speedometer doesn't work? Thanks in advance you guys!

I don't know all the technical words to use for a spedometer, but it sounds like the "guide" for the needle isn't getting enough power to move it
