Funny , I just posted abut this in another thread about work done after the warranty expires. I discovered mine after the car was out of warranty and so far they've tried two times and it's cost me $876 and it's still not fixed , so if you're still under warranty get it to the dealer quick. It's not leaking as badly as it was so they did fix something , maybe you'll have better luck than I've had so far ...

I have this problem in heavy rain, i'm still under warranty, running to the dealer!!!
I found a puddle on the floor in front of my rear passenger seat, 2 days after it stopped raining.

I JUST fixed this issue on my neighbor's 2008 V6... His passenger side was getting water... traced it to the vent fan box... Long story short... The drain port on the passenger side under the cowl was clogged, so the water backed up and came through the cabin filter.... Pop off the passenger side cowl, and look towards the center of the car. there's a black grommet. His had 4 inches of water in there. Got the shop vac in to the grommet. It sucked out the leaves and grime and now all is well.
