Winter detail!

Well I was inspired by some other posters braving the cold and detailing their stangs and the sun was shining today so I had at it!

Tools used: (in order from first to last)
Poorboys World White Diamond glaze (2 coats)
Jetseal 109 sealant (2 coats)
Pinnacle Sig. Series II (1 coat)
Meguiars Ultimate Quik Wax (just got this and wanted to try it out, and it actually made a significant improvement I thought)

Everything was applied and removed by hand. I really need to get a DA one of these days. haha.

Pics!

First couple were taken outside my house:

Had to run into work for a minute, these are under all the florescent lights in the shop/showroom:

And had to stop and run and errand on the way back home:

Looks great man. Did you wash it too? If so what did you use?

Also how do you like the Pinnacle stuff? Is it worth the $$$.

I washed with dawn dish soap to strip the previous layers of wax off.

But normally I use poorboy's world slick and suds car wash, or meg's gold class.

I really like the pinnacle sig series II on silver because silver is such a hard color to make really 'pop' like the darker colors. So, on light colored cars I do think it's worth the extra money for a really high quality LSP. On darker colored cars it seems like you can get away with the 'cheaper' stuff and still get good results.
