Ford Mustang Revenge GT Packs 850 HP, Looks Menacing

Peregrine Automotive’s ‘Revenge GT’ Mustang GT pushes the performance envelope of its 5.0-liter Coyote V8 to the absolute limit.

The supercharged 5.2- liter Predator V8 motor in the Shelby GT500 produces 760 HP of maximum power and 625 lb-ft of peak torque, which is quite impressive in its own right. What we have here is a Peregrine Automotive offering, which pushes the performance envelope of its 5.0-liter Coyote V8 to its absolute limit. The car is called Revenge GT, and it is one of the wildest iterations of Ford’s lauded Pony car that we have seen.

Based on the Mustang GT, Peregrine Automotive only built 25 examples of the revenge GT back in 2018. In addition to the performance enhancements, which bump the overall power output up to 850 HP, Peregrine Automotive also restyled the muscle car and refined the car’s chassis. The boost comes from a Stage 2 Whipple Supercharger. This Acid Green version is currently listed for sale on the collector car website Hemmings.

The Revenge GT comes equipped with a 10-speed automatic gearbox which is mated to a supercharged Gen III 5.0-liter Coyote V8. The car gets upgraded axle shafts and a Peregrine variable exhaust system. The powertrain itself was calibrated using engine software by Lund Tuning.

Revenge GT was given a full wide-body conversion using carbon fiber panels. Other panels were also made using carbon fiber to keep the weight as low as possible. These include the trunk lid spoiler, the wide fenders, new rear quarter panels, side skirts, and custom front and rear bumper covers. The car rides on a set of 20-inch Forgeline aluminum wheels, which are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S rubber.

Revenge GT’s suspension setup has also been updated and now gets Peregrine-tuned spring. The car also gets a Brembo brake setup and billet anti-sway bars. The car sports a vibrant Acid Green paint job that is bright enough to hurt your eyes on a sunny day. The Interiors have been fitted with Black Napa Leather seats and come equipped with a Ford SYNC-enabled touchscreen infotainment system.

Originally priced at $200,350, the leading bid on the auction website currently stands at just $32,500. The car has 3,559 miles on the odometer, and according to Hemmings, this Revenge GT is devoid of any leaks, smells, stains and is in overall good condition.
