New SVT Mustang Could Make Appearance in September
It seems the announcers at an Indianapolis Motor Speedway race might have leaked a bit of important information on the new Mustang, like when the GT350 might make its first appearance.
It’s a pretty telling bit of information that rolled out over those loudspeakers, as first picked up by Mustang 6G.
“Multimatic won three championships with these Mustangs … and right now what’s in development is that GT350 for next year. We should see that car on the race track later this September,” said the announcer.
According to the Mustang6G, that would put the highly-anticipated debut right at September 19, for the Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge at the Circuit of the Americas track in Austin, TX.
Yup, we’ll certainly be glued to that one.
