The 20-minute clip, posted by the guys at CJ Pony Parts, provides step-by-step instructions on how to install American Racing Headers’ long tube headers with a catted x-pipe and their axle-back exhaust on a 2015 Mustang GT.

The team at CJ Pony Parts says the whole process can be done in your garage over a weekend, but the trick is reaching all the bolts necessary for the headers. The rest seems to be pretty straightforward, give or take your skill level in the garage.

One thing’s for certain: you get a pretty good sense of the payoff for the work you put in from that sound of the exhaust at the 18-minute mark.
