The only remaining drivable “Eleanor” Mustang from Nic Cage’s version of “Gone In 60 Seconds” is up for auction this week at a Mecum event in Austin, Texas. And guess what? Speculations are that it won’t come cheap.
You’ll need deep pockets to be in serious contention for this piece of Hollywood history. Last year, one of the other three Eleanors that was actually featured in “Gone in 60 Seconds” went for a whopping $1 million.
If you’re Mustang fan, you were probably bummed that you didn’t have a million dollars lying around when an original 1967 Ford Mustang “Eleanor” from “Gone in 60 Seconds” was sold for that amount at a Mecum Auction earlier this year.
