Got to Review the 2015 Ford Mustang GT, Fell in Love

2015 Ford Mustang GT (3)

The new Ford Mustang GT is supposed to be one of the best cars Ford has ever produced, but I was skeptical as to just how good it could be. The new independent rear suspension system, more powerful 5.0-liter V8, and track pack options made for a compelling case, but I couldn’t be sure until I got some seat time. That finally happened a few weeks ago when Ford brought me a decked and spec’ed 2015 GT with the Track Package, Recaro seats, and a manual transmission. It took me less than 20 miles to fall in love.

That incredible growl from the Coyote V8, the metallic stick and the gear lever slides around the box, and the massive thrust that comes with more than 400 horsepower all made me fall in love. I am supposed to stay objective and give my opinions on what makes a car good or bad, but when I went to make the review video below, I mostly just wrote a love letter to a Mustang.

The only bad part is that doing this review made me really want to drive the new GT350 even more. Please Ford, can we make that happen?
