From stangmods.com. According to a rep, there's no cutting of the stock grille although it needs to be removed to install. It also covers over the pony emblem.

I had the V6 pony-delete black billet grilles by Stack Racing from AM. The quality is decent. There were some paint imperfections but nothing noticeable. The fit is okay, but the hardware supplied were awful. There was no way to get the screws through billet grilles without scratching it up. Had to get my own screws.
For a GT, I think it looks ugly with fog lights. Their fog light-delete billet grille has 13 horizontal bars, compared to the Roush's 7. It's not bad if you prefer a more full looking billet grille.
