If I were to walk onto a Ford dealership in early December wanting an 05, would it be feasible to purchase one? Or would orders still be backed up? I know I will get answers like "your guess is as good as mine." But actually, I have no idea so I'm hoping one of you does.

Well, depends on where you live. If you live in Alabama with all these crazies ordering them and dealers getting only about 1 to 3, I doubt you'll get one. But if you live in the boondocks like me, there would probably be none gone leaving about 3.

Northern states.. Not to many people shopping for mustangs with foot of snow on the ground. I bet it will be harder to get a mustang this spring than this december in michigan. Just because that seem to be when they get the fever. I'm ording mine in the spring anyway.

Got a question for kevin though. Under normal circumstances how long does it take to get an ordered vehicle in?
