Getting Ready to Teach My Daughter Sarah Some Work on Her Fairlane!
She Learned How To Drive in this Car & it Made Her a Good Driver! 31 And Never Had an Accident! The Brakes on this Car I Could Never get Where I felt Good about them So She Always Allowed Plenty of Room To Stop! Andrew Drove Sarah's Fairlane Till She Got Her License as His 72 Charger was in Limbo! A Great Regret on my Part. I wish I had Got His Charger Mobile Before his Terminal Diagnoses!
My First & Second Cars. 1968 Cougar & 1970 Dodge Charger. Less Than 1K For Both! Those Were The days! Circa 1978 Age 16! Yep I Had it going On! Buddies Baja Bug in Background!
My 74 "GT II". 302, 5 speed, 9 inch posi. Neat car that I should have kept My 94. Currently swapping 5.0 for a 5.8 and I have the patch panels for the rust. I like the color combo. Here's my "baby". 58 Courier Sedan Delivery I have had since 1972. 390, C6, PS, disc brakes, AC. electric seats, ghost flames inside and outside.
I have enjoyed immensely every Mustang I have owned (bought my first new one in 1982) but can't say the same for my other 2 Ford cars, and I have not owned any others due to that.
My 1988 Merkur XR4Ti (German Ford sold at Lincoln Mercury dealers) which I owned for 6 years. Absolutely a positive ownership experience overall as far as driving goes with it's turbo 4 cylinder, but the plastic interior disintegrated in the hot Florida sun and the a/c could not handle the heat either. Every component of that a/c system was replaced under warranty, so many dealership visits. A German built Ford would not ordinarily be focused on these heat conditions, but if you sell in FL, shame on Ford for a poor quality product..
Also my 'lemon' 1994 Escort GT (photo taken on one of it's rare days at home and not at the dealership). Only lemon I ever purchased.
If my 1975 Bricklin, with it's Ford 351W V8 counts, it is included in the last 2 photos. The engine was perfectly fine. A fun car for sure!

My 1971 Ltd Convertible. 400 Floor Shift Bucket Seat Automatic With Power Top & A/C Flowmaster Dual Exhaust. Circa 1996. Still Have it! I Relly Like The T-Birdish Full Taillights on the 71 Only. Body Style Was a 2 Year Wonder. The 73 Ltd Would get Those Federal Mandated Battering Ram 5Mph Bumpers. It was A Monster Big Car as Well! I Also Liked The Lower Body Cladding Which Was Similar to the Mach 1 Mustang. The Bucket Seats Were Similar to 71 Mustang. The Floor Console Had the Horseshoe Handle and Was First used in The 68 Torino! Kind of a Rare Car.
A 72 Last Year Vert was Good Enough For Dirty Harry in Magnum Force!
