That's killer man. I would go on a Sunday, probably mid day, early afternoonish. The car is paid off. So, I want that check!!! lol
We'll see.
And yes, I don't want to be bothered with tire kickers and have all sorts of riff-raff coming to look and wanting to drive the car. I'll pass on that. lol
Thanks again for your replies man. I appreciate it.

I'll eventually get another Mustang, but financially, it just made sense right now for us... Plus, I still have my motorcycle for fun and going fast...
They're like driving a gokart. To me it's almost more fun throwing my little RSX around during my daily commute than it is to open my mustang up while out on weekend cruises. I bet that little civic is a hoot to drive around town.
I would liken that more to a Miata then any FWD compact. FWD was never intended for performance, it was just the cheapest and most efficient (profitable) way to get all weather/environment capable vehicles out there for auto manufacturers. People don't like RWD where it snows, and 4WD/AWD is always more expensive, and less fuel efficient.
FWD performance vehicles = trying to smash a square peg into a round hole.

Looking good! That is roughly the gap I like to maintain from the curb as well.

P.S. When was your last track day? I can still spot the deposit rings on your front rotors.
I just replaced my pads and rotors a couple months ago, havent tracked it. I had some jackass pull out in front of me going 45 about 5-10 min before making it to the school, so might just be from that hard braking

With those awesome looking wheels, I don't blame you one bit for parking a good distance away from curbs..

Thanks! So far an oil separator and sound tube delete. Sunday she is going for a new set of shoes, Michelin Pilot Sport a/s 3 Plus. The Pirellis have plenty of tread but man do they spin easy even when dry. Half throttle in 2nd on dry pavement and their spinning. Need some traction for the cool wet Portland winter. I still have my set of Shelby wheels with Nittos for the summer. I also ordered a set of the QTP remote electric cutouts. I don't think they will be closed often. It sounds amazing without the baffles but may come in handy on long trips or if pulled over. It came with Shelby Axel backs but I can't really hear them due to he sweet sound of the side pipes. Someone already changed out the springs with Ford racing and I like the stance. I wouldn't want it too low anyway. Redlines are getting ordered soon for the hood. No more prop bar.
