Why you selling it?!!?!? Gorgeous car man. Like I said before, I've been a sucker for black cars lately. Don't know why.
Thanks! I am a sucker for black cars too, but man, keeping them clean is an exercise in futility! LOL!
Since moving to Colorado a few years ago, I really haven't driven the Mustang much (it snows in the winter and rains in the summer), and we only have 1 snow vehicle and that is also the only vehicle that can carry more than 2 people... I work from home, so that's normally not a huge deal, but we really do need a second snow vehicle (and one that can carry more than 2 passengers) for days that it snows and I have appointments...
I'm sorry to hear this happened. I enjoyed your car with the Roush Splitter. Made me think about getting one but I have my eyes currently set on the Street Scene Gen 1 splitter. I still have yet to put the lower GT grill on because it involves removing the entire front bumper. I figured I might as well wait until I repaint the front bumper. I have a huge paint chip and many rock chips. Looking at a clear bra to help and since my Mustang is no longer my daily, it should be more preserved. I look forward to see what you are going to install on your Mustang next!
Thanks guys. I'm going to try to salvage it for now, as the lip wasn't damaged, but the holes in the bumper cover did rip out. GT500 front end time? haha not yet at least. I was actually looking at the Street Scene Gen 1 too! I've had it in my cart for the past few months. I'll try to fix the Roush lip for now, and if it doesn't work out, I'll probably go SS Gen 1.
My suspension guy installed my braided clutch line and fixed my lip for me for free! I asked him to call me when it was on the rack so I could see the damage and see if I could salvage it. He texted me at like 4:45 saying it was done haha. They had some bolts/washers/nuts laying around that they used to secure it back to the bumper. I would've like to do it myself so I know what was done, but hey it's done AND he didn't charge me? I dropped off a slab of ribs from wife's restaurant to the shop this morning
Awesome Marty!!!
Have you got a chance to test it out?
Hey Tony, yeah a little. So far so good. Intake sounds like a hurricane is rolling down the street.

Yes-sir, Steeda tune. I like it so far. Idle is great, it's smooth and generally around town feels like the OEM tune. The difference is much more immediate throttle response, which helps a lot with heal-and-toe downshifts. It also seems to open up over 4000 rpm from the limited WOT acceleration I've been able to do so far. It makes the car louder at high revs in a good way. I'll write up a review after a few days with it.
Nice, I'm deciding on tuning my car too, just something for a little more umph and Steeda tunes are pretty safe. Also, how much noticeable is the intake sound? Thinking with a loud exhaust, you may not really hear it that much.

With the windows up you barely notice it. With the windows cracked you hear it every time you hit the throttle. I like it. It's also louder inside and outside the car at high RPM. It really screams between 6700 and 7000, which is awesome, it's like a shift light!! I like shifting by sound, so this is a nice benefit

Hey Rocky! It feels like a faster, more angry pony! If I get my shifts just right I get a chirp on a 1-2 and 2-3 shifts. Today I nailed a 1-2 shift and instead of a short chirp i got chirp-squeeeeeeel. More power for sure!
