My dog, Bailii and my aunts puppy, Tucker.

 

Left is Jack. He's half Lab and half Pit. I adopted him nearly 8 years ago as a puppy from a shelter in south Florida when I lived down there. Right is Bella. She's a Sheltie and thinks we're her pets. We got her 2 1/2 years ago. Once she got through her eating holes in the carpet phase she actually turned out to be a good dog.

 

Now, I want a puppy!!

 

Ok, here's the menagerie- most of it- Pugsly the Puggle, Meta- American Bulldog with Mattie cat, Gish the black cat ( my son has another black cat), and my daughters evil kitten (she just had a bath there) whose name is supposed to be Anya, but everyone refers to as Poo-Rat.
I know it's a doggie thread but the cats and dogs hang together a lot around here...

Ok random that I just now saw this thread...

My beloved dog bit my beloved daughter on the face this morning :cry:

He's a lab mix.... I so don't want to take him to the shelter ... :/ but... Idk...

 

Man so sorry to hear about your loss... I was devastated when one of my dogs was mauled by another persons dog. Your pitbull will always remain in you and your family's heart. I have a red nose pit they are such an amazing breed.


This is my pit Ching Ching chillin and cruising in the mustang. And my other 2 dogs snowbelle maltipoo and long hair chihuahua deuce.

 

Thanks.... She is my sisters dog, but i'm in the same house so they are like mine as well. Unfortunately Zoe had a disorder where she would eat anything, even if it wasn't food. It's called Pica in people, and used in animals as well. She was only a year and a half old. She had surgery a few months ago to remove items from her stomach, and an x-ray yesterday showed she ate something else again and suddenly started bleeding out at the vets office and had to be put down. We will miss her.

Yes mama Jill I don't know what to do... Sucks so much. We've had him for a year and half and he's a neutered lab mix and she startled him. I'm so bummed.

She's ok. And even went into the garage (when I told her not to) to say he's a good boy. What the?

 

Was it a good bite, or more of just him grabbing her and letting her know he didn't like something (if that makes sense, lol!)

 

He got her pretty good ... It was a startled bite I think but right on her face and big. No deep punctures but he broke skin
