I always had good luck with those tightly knotted bones made out of thousands of strands of string, twisted like a large rope and a knot on each end.

Get him a toy to chew on and make him stick to that. When he tries to bite hands, feet, etc. correct him, tell him no, and take him to "his" toy. He'll learn that chewing is for the toy, not hands, feet, etc.

when I take me hand away and tell him no he thinks it's a game or something. I've tried ignoring him also it doesn't work
