That is hilarious! My dog doesn't like squeaky toys. We got him some when he was younger, then watched him play with them until they made a noise. He tucked his tail and hid behind my wife's leg looking it at it from the corner of his eyes. Stupid Basset hound.

Hahahah Titan doesn't ignore other dogs, he runs up to them like they've been best buds forever. This video is so freaking cute Viral Spiral: Dog confused by squeaky toy - YouTube

It has its issues they need to work out. A dog got out when some people were leaving because the exit gate is the same has the entry gate. They couldn't get the dog back they were yelling for the owner and everything but it was too loud. The water wasn't working either. It was super muddy. Idk I'll just keep taking them to the one on Highway 6, the view isn't has nice but it's the best park I've found for them.
BAHAHAHAHHA!!!! I see what you did there.
Idk why Captain gets like that, only happens at doggie parks.

Back in the late 70's my former father-in-law had a dog like yours, Bo. Bo loved his ball - though it was smooth more like a kick ball, but large like yours and he could squish it a bit. Any time you saw Bo he had that ball. My FIL, in his busy life as realtor in the Bay Area would come home, see Bo playing with the ball, and put his dinner out. Nothing unusual. Daily routine.
But one day he came home and Bo didn't come to the door. He looked in the back yard and found Bo dead. With the ball in his mouth.
Unfortunately, the larger ***** can squish a bit but still retain air. Bo had wound up piercing the ball with his canine teeth and couldn't shake it out of his mouth because it was hooked. Didn't eat all his food but heck sometimes my dog doesn't either. Nothing seemed that unusual.
Naturally my FIL felt horrible and we all felt bad for him. Living alone it was his only 'pal' but sadly things were so hectic during those days there wasn't a whole lot more time other than to put his food out.
So I just stick with small tennis *****.
