Not sure where picture was taken, but those look like California plates. I looked up their law and it says they are either to be in a kennel or cross tied if in bed of truck, unless it's a cattle or sheep dog.

The picture was taken on Route 66 (foothill) just before (grove) in California at about 35-40mph.

Well... that's because you're in humid Houston. Everyone is miserable when it's summer.

Oh and some for Lee from last night
My dog is a terrible leash walker. But she doesn't need a leash anyway, she walks right next to us and won't run.

does he have really waxy ears? My pup did and I would have to clean his ears once a week at home, or else he would start to have yeast build up.

Is he more prone to ear infections because of the ear clipping?

I think she said before that it was supposed to help not get ear infections.

I don't think that's right, because nature doesn't work that way.

Years ago I had a dog with floppy ears and they would get stinky and have infections, and the vet told me to put a few drops of Listerine in his ears after bathing him to dry out the water and kill bacteria.
