Little island on Key West....

The ship I had to get off of at Belize since they don’t have a port.
Guess I should have read the brochure I had to get off the ship in the middle of the ocean.

But then we went down this little river. Suddenly being in the middle of the ocean didn't seem so bad.

Keep your hands in the boat.

Mating season for the Iguana so he changes color.

Sunset leaving the port at Guatemala.

I have jellies too from the New England Aquarium in Boston!
The red light in the center of the jelly is a reflection of the red eye reduction light from the camera.

And penguins...

Wow, its been years since Ive been to Ocean City!! We used to vacation there in the summer when I was a young lad. Thanks for bringing back the memories!!!
I went for my first time in 06 and again in 07. I really liked it. The pic above was taken from the hotel room on 06, but that view is no longer available since there is now a building blocking it. I look back at old pics from the area and it's really been built up. It's still nice and very family oriented. Can't wait to go again!
Yum, Thrashers fries......I can almost taste them now. How did you like the sand sculptures in front of the Plim Plaza? I think they are amazing! Those have been doing them there for more years than I can remember. I lived there the summer I graduated high school (back in the day). It was the best summer I've ever had! Anymore if we vacation there, we like to stay down by Fenwick (by the Delaware line), not as much hustle and bustle down that way.
The sand sculptures are still there. Makes me wonder how that stuff stays together, but I do know it's special sand. It is removed for the winter.
This link below is for the Ocean Gallery web cam and it looks out down the boardwalk and beach area where the sculptures usually are. If you look up to one of my last posts, you'll see the big Ocean gallery sign. That is were the cam is to give you a bogger idea of what you're looking at.

Sunrise in phoenix Arizona.. Glorious!
hey Art what is that incline for in the back gorund? Its amazing how much steel and concrete have to go into a new bridge for trians these days, when there are so many wooden bridges still in good working order
